Sha boasts a rich and diverse background in both the hospitality and corporate sectors, where she has excelled in customer service, business management, and marketing. Over the years, she has facilitated various training programs focusing on soft skills for renowned organizations, including Novotel Hotel, Shangri-La Hotel, Sabah Skills & Technology Centre, Sutera Sanctuary Lodges, non-profit organizations (NGOs), educational institutions, and many others.

As a certified coach, mentor, and HRDC TTT trainer, Sha specializes in delivering impactful training sessions on communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, and personal development. Her commitment to fostering growth in individuals and organizations is evident in her approach to training.

Moreover, as a certified Mental Health First Aider, Sha provides essential support to individuals facing mental health challenges, empowering them to build confidence and effectively manage their well-being.

Surinjeet Singh (Surin)

Surinjeet, a partner at our firm, is an expert in coaching, self-improvement, and organizational development. He specializes in risk management, business continuity, and is passionate about environmental, social, and governance (ESG) topics.

With over 25 years of experience, Surin has coached major organizations like PETRONAS, TOYOTA, and the Ministry of Health Malaysia. He holds a degree in Aeronautics and has various professional qualifications in risk and environmental management. His international auditing work has transformed mindsets across many organizations.

Surin’s highly sought-after sessions, delivered in English or Bahasa Melayu, focus on leadership awareness, sustainable development, and governance. He is also a qualified CDM Project Validator and trained as a Scheduled Wastes Manager.

From 2010 to 2016, Surin led four organizations to win Gold Awards in RoSPA and RoSPA MORR in the UK. He has been instrumental in healthcare waste management in Malaysia and has been featured in the Management magazine.

Surin’s research on waterless composting toilets and microplastics further enhances his engaging environmental talks. His goal is to inspire others to reach new heights, both professionally and personally.

Akira San is a seasoned business development professional based in Singapore, adept at remote and mobile working. With a solid educational foundation, including a degree in Performance Science from the University of Tokyo and an MBA in International Business from INSEAD, Akira possesses a unique blend of analytical skills and strategic thinking.

His experience encompasses strategic business development, where he leverages his deep understanding of international markets and trade dynamics to foster growth opportunities. Akira is an active member of both the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the International Trade Council in Singapore, showcasing his commitment to enhancing business relations and collaboration across borders.
